With the knowledge from Part 1 of "Introduction to GPS," you're now prepped to begin manipulating and capturing data and waypoints. This includes a look into Java I/O as a unique way to support data acquired from a GPS device, as you continue to build the device you've already successfully built.

Prerequisites

This tutorial builds upon the foundation of Introduction to GPS, Part 1, so the resources required are familiar.
